4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward it to the complaining party and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Tiivimate will terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Good Faith
Misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject the complaining party to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We encourage good-faith resolution of all copyright disputes.
